Join us as we dive into the agile mindset and its impact on strategy execution as well as strategies for adjusting course when faced with unexpected disruptions.

  • Lecture Topic 1. “Unlocking Success: Strategy Execution - Proven Tools & Techniques"

Strategic planning is easy…strategy implementation is hard. While a lot has been written around the topic of strategy execution, little has been written around specific tools and techniques that strategy professionals, program managers, and operational entities can use to implement strategy and monitor the impact of strategy execution.

In this session, BSI Co-Founder and President Howard Rohm shares his decades of experience helping organizations in all sectors develop, plan, and implement strategy. This session will introduce delegates to a collection of strategy execution approaches they can use in their organizations to improve implementation success.

  • Lecture Topic 2. “Navigating the Strategy Maze: From Blueprint to Reality”

In today's dynamic business environment, organizations often need help bridging the gap between strategy formulation and the impact we make on our customers and markets.

In this session, BSI Senior Consulting Associate Adam Asch aims to provide attendees with the inside track to ensuring their strategies are cascaded throughout the organization and translated into action. Organizations will learn how to prioritize what’s most important and begin to roadmap the path from planning to execution.

It’s not enough to have a great strategy if you are not able to deliver the outcomes necessary for achieving success. Join us as we explore the intricacies of turning strategic plans into actionable steps.
